Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased within 7 days from us if the following conditions are met :

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

Once we have received the products and quality check is done, the amount after deduction of shipping charges will be refunded to your BANK ACCOUNT within 2-3 days.

Our products go through a quality check before we dispatch them. However, if they are damaged in transit, just let us know and we will have a replacement sent to you.

Note: For COD(Cash on Delivery) Customer, Return is applicable only for defective products within 7 days after you received products.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your BANK ACCOUNT, within 2-3 days. Shipping and Cash on delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel the order you can do so before order has been shipped, and we will refund the 100% amount in 2-3 working days.

If the order has been shipped, you can still return the product within 7 days, and the amount after deduction of shipping charges will be refunded to your BANK ACCOUNT within 2-3 days. Mail us on help@caseshine.com for same.


Shipping and Delivery

We will ship your product within 3-4 business day. Our office is closed on weekends and holidays. All goods are delivered by reputed courier agencies like Bluedart, XpressBees, Delhivery, Ekart, etc.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non¬refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty

Warranty is not applicable on Damaged or Burnt products.
