Your order is typically processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours upon receipt. Expect your package to arrive within 1 to 5 business days under normal circumstances once it's dispatched.

We primarily utilize BLUEDART EXPRESS Courier Service for shipping. However, if your delivery location isn't serviced by BLUEDART, we collaborate with other reputable courier services such as Delhivery, Ekart, Smartr, and XpressBees to ensure timely delivery.

Estimated shipping times to serviceable pin-codes across different regions are as follows:

  • North: 1-3 Business Days
  • South: 2-5 Business Days
  • North East: 2-6 Business Days
  • West: 2-5 Business Days

Please note that these timelines are estimations and may vary due to factors like inclement weather, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

For Pre-paid orders where none of our courier partners provide service, we utilize India Post - Speed Post service for shipment.

If you haven't received your order within 7 business days from the dispatch date, please contact us via email at hello@caseshine.com for assistance.

For Cash on Delivery (CoD) orders, please be aware that if CoD facility is not offered by our courier partner at your location, the order will be automatically cancelled.

It's crucial to provide accurate and complete shipping information to avoid delivery issues. CaseShine cannot be held responsible for undeliverable packages or delays caused by missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination addresses. We make every effort to verify shipping information with each customer before dispatching an order. We kindly request customers to ensure they provide complete addresses during order placement to avoid any delays.

Please be informed that CaseShine is not liable for any state taxes or duties imposed on shipments during transit. Any such charges incurred during transit must be borne by the consignee.
